Travel Clothing Club ("TCC", "we", "us") operates the Travel Clothing Club mobile
applications for travelers and partners, and the website at travelclothingclub.com. This
policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our apps
or website you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, and the password or
third-party identity (Apple, Google) you use to sign in. Authentication is handled by
Google Firebase Authentication.
- Partner / business information — for partners who list clothing:
business or store name, mailing address, and payout details. Payouts are processed by
Stripe; we do not store full bank or card numbers.
- Listing content — photos, descriptions, sizes, condition, and pricing
of items you list. Photos are stored on Google Cloud Storage.
- Location — addresses you enter (e.g. for delivery or store location)
via Google Places address lookup. We do not track precise background location.
- Transaction information — rentals, orders, deposits, and payout
history, processed through Stripe.
- Device & usage data — app version, device type, basic interaction
and diagnostic data, and crash reports, used to operate and improve the app. Push
notification tokens are used to deliver order and rental updates.
How we use your information
- Create and secure your account and authenticate sign-in.
- Provide the core service — listing items, booking and fulfilling rentals, and paying
partners.
- Send transactional notifications (order, rental, and payout updates).
- Provide customer support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
- Diagnose problems and improve reliability and features.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who
process it on our behalf, and only as needed to run the service:
- Google Firebase — authentication and app infrastructure.
- Stripe — payment and payout processing.
- Google Cloud Storage / Google Places — image storage and address lookup.
- Pusher — real-time order and rental updates.
- Sentry — crash and error diagnostics.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or
property of TCC, our users, or the public.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the
service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may
request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see Contact).
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access
controls. Authentication tokens are stored in the device's secure keychain. No method of
transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our service is intended for users 17 and older and is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your rights and choices
- Access, correct, or delete your account information.
- Disable push notifications in your device settings.
- Request data deletion by contacting us at the email below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating
the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by in-app notice.
